Today is extra credit day for #yearofthesaintedbrewers Releasing 2 Irish beers, a red and a stout in honor of St. Patrick 🍀 Plus: Reuben Paninis and Irish stew while supplies last. 1-10pm.
Left to right... birch leaf, birch bark, chaga mushroom, hops. It’s going in a black braggot with blended wildflower and buckwheat honeys. Fermented on Abbey ale yeast.
Probably Fall release... it’s going in a @dryflydistilling barrel for a while.

March Hare's Mad Gruit Ale... spring iteration of the IPA-inspired, gruit ales. Hops, hibiscus flower, catnip, lemongrass, rose buds. @druid_cwrw brewing it up today. Should have release by end of month!
